CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

The perfect class for those looking to improve aerobic capacity while maintaining strength. Classes will include longer bouts of endurance-based activities such as running, biking and rowing along with speed and power-focused movements. This class is all inclusive, accommodating all skills and ability levels. You control the intensity!
Functional bodybuilding at its best. This class will help you get stronger, address those nagging imbalances and improve the quality of all movements. You’ll feel more confident in all of your other training while developing your physique!
Food is tough! Figuring out what and how much to eat and when to do so requires expert knowledge. Developing a healthy relationship with food and your body is actually more important than the energy you expend at the gym. Don’t go at it alone! Team up with Coach Britt, an Eat to Perform Coach and Licensed Social Worker, who specializes in sport nutrition, psychotherapy and more.
For those who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit. Our proven methods have been battle tested through multiple trips to The CrossFit Games Regionals and The CrossFit Games. This is competitors programming for all levels.
All are welcome to join us in a progressive and technique based class, led by a USA Weightlifting Specialist. Each class will entail skill specific warm up, followed by hands on practical instruction. All elements of weightlifting will be covered including snatch, clean & jerk, deadlifts, squats and presses. Beginners and seasoned vets alike will not want to miss the opportunity to work on these skills.
