What is EndureFit?

EndureFit improves aerobic capacity while maintaining strength.

The perfect class for those looking to improve aerobic capacity while maintaining strength. Classes will include longer bouts of endurance-based activities such as running, biking and rowing along with speed and power-focused movements. This class is all inclusive, accommodating all skills and ability levels. You control the intensity!

On-Ramp Course after Free Introductory Breakthrough Session.

A. Dynamic warm up. Include core and glute activation and high knees and skips

B. Run
1x1000m jog (1:00)
2x500m run (1:00)
1x800m jog (1:00)
2x400m run (1:00)
1x600m jog (1:00)

2x200m run (1:00)

C. Front squat
3E:30 x10sets (dynamic)

Reps should be light and fast

C. Bike and Row
(Alt intervals. Pacing is 85% exertion)
