Barbell Club is our exclusive Weightlifting Program!

Weightlifting programming at its best. This class will help you improve your Olympic lifts, get stronger, address postural issues, continue to burn fat and build muscle. A comprehensive program, Barbell Club also addresses imbalances and improve the quality of all movements. You’ll feel more confident in all of your other training while developing your physique!

Requirements

On-Ramp Course and Intro to Weightlifting I & II or six months CF experience after Free Introductory Breakthrough Session.
